Aaron Sallows
Divisional DirectorAaron has a strong track record of working on, constructing, and managing the operations and maintenance of High Voltage networks, working with DNOs, IDNOs. private network owners and Independent Connection Providers (ICPs). Aaron began his career as an electrical apprentice in commercial and industrial settings, before developing a specialism in the installation of HV networks.
Ryan Judd
Operations DirectorRyan has been with Maintech since 2006, starting his career as an apprentice Low Voltage electrician and progressing into High Voltage jointing across 11kV and 33kV,11kV and 33kV HV fitting and Maintenance. Ryan is also trained and still operates as an 11kV and 33kV SAP. He progressed to the position of Field Manager in 2015, then into the role of Operations Manager Construction in 2018.
Ashley Knox
Head of Operations (Projects)Ashley began his career as an electrical apprentice in the industrial & commercial buildings sector, working predominately on Low Voltage projects, he joined Maintech Power in 2013. Originally a Field Manager, Ashley gained additional experience and High Voltage qualifications and competencies over the past decade working on a variety installation and maintenance projects, becoming Project Manager in 2021, Senior Project Manager in 2023 and Head of Operations in 2024. Ashley is also a qualified 11/33kV jointer and Senior Authorised Person (SAP).
Sam Davey
Head of Operations (Maintenance)Sam brings over 25 years of industry experience to the role, having first developed an expertise in HV systems as an engineering apprentice at British Sugar. His varied career has included running his own business, delivering services on major windfarm projects, before moving into senior, specialist HV operations roles. He joined Maintech Power as an HV Project Manager in 2024 and was quickly promoted to Head of Operations for Major Projects in late 2024. His experience in delivering complex energy projects makes him ideally placed to lead our growing maintenance division. Sam is also a qualified Senior Authorised Person (SAP) up to 132kV.
Ryan Bambury
Sales and Estimating ManagerRyan began his journey with Maintech Power as an apprentice electrician and has more than a decade’s worth of experience in the business, and has amassed a wealth of High Voltage qualifications. Also, as a qualified 11/33kV jointer and experienced site manager, Ryan is uniquely equipped with a blend of technical and engineering knowledge, which he uses to effectively support customers with their High Voltage needs.
Gary Edgar
Senior HV Maintenance ManagerGary has been in the electricity industry for 20+ years. After completing an apprenticeship and progressing his capabilities to become a multi-skilled linesman, Gary began his career as a High Voltage (HV) Jointer before progressing to a Field Staff Supervisor and later, Faults Manager. Gary joined Maintech Power in 2021 as HV Project Manager and has delivered small and large HV projects covering both maintenance and construction, before becoming Senior HV Maintenance Manager.
